For Amazon, eBay & Etsy sellers
Keep your marketplace sales. Own your repeat customers.
Amazon, eBay and Etsy bring you new buyers, but every sale pays a cut in fees, and one algorithm change can bury your listings overnight. Your best customers come back anyway, so they shouldn’t cost you commission every time.
I build your own online store alongside your marketplace shop, move your listings across, and set up checkout and admin so it doesn’t double your workload.
Sound familiar?
Marketplace and payment fees take a bigger bite of every sale than you’d like.
A search or algorithm change dropped your views, and there was nothing you could do about it.
Repeat buyers still order through the marketplace, so you pay fees on customers you already won.
What’s built for marketplace sellers
Your listings, moved across
I export your listings from Amazon, eBay or Etsy and import them into your new store, with titles, descriptions, prices and photos. Up to 200 products are included in the setup.
Checkout with no commission
Credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and Klarna through your own Stripe account. You still pay card processing fees, but no marketplace takes a cut of the sale.
Customers you own
People who buy from your store are your customers. You can email them about new stock (with their permission), and a search change can’t make your shop disappear.
Proof I deliver
Over A$10,000
That’s what Tres Finds, an Australian clothing resale shop selling through TikTok lives, made in website sales in its first 7 days. You get the same store, checkout and admin setup, alongside your marketplace listings.

Who it’s for
- Amazon, eBay and Etsy sellers in the US, UK, Canada, Australia or New Zealand with repeat buyers or a following on social media.
- Sellers who want a backup if marketplace fees, rules or search change.
- Small teams who want one simple dashboard for their own store’s orders.
Questions
Do I have to leave Amazon, eBay or Etsy?
No. Most sellers keep the marketplace for finding new customers and point repeat buyers to their own store.
Will stock stay in sync between both shops?
Not automatically as part of the standard setup. With one-of-a-kind items, mark them sold in both places, or ask on the call about a sync tool, which I’d quote separately.
I use Fulfilment by Amazon. Can my own store still ship from that stock?
Possibly. Amazon has a service for fulfilling orders from other sales channels, but availability and fees depend on your country. We’ll check whether it fits on the call, and connecting it is quoted separately.
Can I tell my marketplace buyers about my store?
Amazon, eBay and Etsy all limit how you can promote other shops through their platforms, and Amazon is the strictest. We’ll check their current rules together and lean on channels you control, like your social media and your own mailing list.
Will running two shops double my admin?
No. Orders from your own store sit in one dashboard, with the same admin options as every store: run it yourself, add the Claude workflows, or hand the admin to me.
