Tres Finds: credit card, debit card and Afterpay checkout, and the admin off their plate.

An Australian clothing resale shop that sells through TikTok live drops added a proper online shop, new ways to pay, and automated post-drop admin.

The problem

Customers claimed items during Live, then paid by bank transfer through DMs. That meant chasing payments, and every drop ended with hours of matching orders to the shipping invoice and sending tracking numbers by hand.

Some buyers also wanted to pay by credit or debit card, or split their payment, and bank transfer was the only option.

What I built

  • A WooCommerce shop with price-code products, so customers check out for the exact code they claimed on Live. The team can add new codes themselves.
  • Afterpay, credit card and debit card checkout, with bank transfer kept for orders taken outside the website.

  • Claude workflows for the post-drop admin: matching the Australia Post invoice to the right orders, marking them complete and sending each customer their tracking number.

The results

The new website launched on 9 October 2026 and passed A$10,000 in website sales in its first 7 days. By day eight, across four TikTok lives, it had taken 96 orders for 337 items. That’s about 24 orders per live, with customers buying three to four items per order on average. Orders taken outside the website by bank transfer come on top.

On the admin side, the shop’s orders were checked against two Australia Post invoices automatically. Every matched order got its tracking: 36 orders were completed or given their missing tracking in one go, and 33 customers got it by email without anyone typing a number.

Parcels with no website order were set aside for Angel and co instead of being guessed at, which makes it easy to spot parcels for orders taken outside the website.

“Working with Jasmin on our website has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She built everything from scratch, handled the design beautifully, and navigated all the complex backend and admin functionality with incredible expertise. What really stood out was how patient and supportive she was throughout the entire process. She held our hands every step of the way, explaining everything clearly and making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel seamless and manageable.

Since launching, we’ve received countless compliments from our clients about how user-friendly and easy to navigate the website is. The positive feedback has been fantastic, and we genuinely believe the improved user experience has contributed to our sales rate. Jasmin’s professionalism, technical skills, and dedication to delivering a great result exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend her to anyone setting up an online store.”
