How it starts
1. Free 15-minute call
We go through how you sell and what’s slowing you down.
2. Store review, for stores I didn’t build
US$375, one-off. I check your plugins, theme, checkout, payments, backups and speed, and within 5 business days you get a written report: what’s fine, what to fix first and which plan fits. The report is yours to keep.
3. Fixes first, if needed
If something has to be fixed before I can take the store on, like a checkout that doesn’t take payments or no working backups, I quote it at my hourly rate.
4. Your plan starts
Billed monthly in advance, with no lock-in. Accept a proposal within 30 days of your review report and the US$375 comes off your first invoice.

Orders means paid orders on your website, averaged over the month, so a big live or a Black Friday week won’t push you up a plan. If your average goes over your plan two months in a row, we’ll talk about moving up.
What store support covers
- Adding new products: about 10 to 15 an hour when you send photos, prices and descriptions.
- Fixing anything on your store that stops working.
- Small changes and new features that take under an hour, such as a new banner, shipping rule or discount.
Orders are completed and tracked within one business day of your shipping invoice, and other requests within two. Unused hours don’t roll over. Bigger jobs get a quote before I start.
All prices in USD, billed in your own currency (USD, AUD, NZD, CAD or GBP) at the equivalent rate. Your domain, hosting and payment fees are paid directly to those providers: see the tools I recommend.

I only run WooCommerce stores, but I can move yours over as part of a new store setup: your products, customers and past orders, with every old link pointing to its new page so search rankings and links in old posts keep working. Your Shopify store keeps selling until the new one is ready.

Questions
What if you didn’t build my store?
That’s what the store review is for. I check what I’d be taking on before your plan starts, so there are no surprises for either of us.
What if the review finds big problems?
You get the report either way. If your store would cost more to patch than to rebuild, I’ll say so and quote a new store setup instead, and the review fee comes off that too.
Do I need to give you my password?
No. You add me as a user with only the access the work needs, and you can remove me any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any month. Plans are billed monthly in advance, with no lock-in.
Do you run Shopify, Squarespace or Wix stores?
No, only WooCommerce. If you’re on Shopify, I can move you over first: see how.
How do payments work?
You’re invoiced monthly in your own currency through Wise, and each invoice is due within 7 days. Read the full terms.
Which shipping carriers do you work with?
The order workflows are built and proven with Australia Post. They match each parcel to its order by address, so they can be adapted to other carriers’ shipment records, such as USPS (Click-N-Ship or Pirate Ship), UPS, Royal Mail Click & Drop, Canada Post and NZ Post. Send me a sample invoice or shipment export before the call and I’ll confirm how the matching will work for your store.
