Online Store Marketing · from US$900/month
More buyers for your WooCommerce store, from search and ads.
SEO and AI search first, so Google and AI assistants send buyers to your store. Paid ads on top when you’re ready to grow faster.
For any WooCommerce store, whether or not I built it. On Shopify? I can move you over first.

Hard to find
People only find your store if they already know your name.
Missing from AI answers
Shoppers ask ChatGPT or Google’s AI where to buy, and the answer names your competitors.
Ad spend with no clear return
You’ve boosted posts and run ads, with no clear idea what came back.

Start with Growth. Add Scale when you’re ready to pay for faster results.
I look after a small number of stores at a time, so you always work with me directly.
Growth
SEO and AI search
US$900/month
Get found by people searching for what you sell, on Google and in AI answers like ChatGPT and Google’s AI Overviews. I start by finding what your buyers search for and auditing your store, then each month you get 4 improvements, chosen together. An improvement is one of:
- A new or rewritten category page, such as “Vintage denim jackets”.
- Search-ready descriptions for 5 products.
- An article that answers a question your buyers ask, linked to the pages where they can buy (up to 2 a month).
- A round of technical fixes, such as speed, broken links, or product details that help Google and AI tools understand what you sell.
- Free Google Shopping listings, set up and kept accurate.
Plus a short monthly report on traffic, rankings and sales from search.
Scale
SEO, AI search and paid ads
+ US$800/month on top of Growth
Everything in Growth, plus I run your ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google Shopping: setup, new ads from your photos, weekly budget checks and a monthly report.
You pay for the ads directly to Meta and Google, with a minimum budget of US$1,000 a month.
For example, Growth is US$900 a month, and Growth with Scale is US$1,700 a month plus your ad budget. Search usually takes 3 to 6 months to pay off, and no one can guarantee rankings or mentions in AI answers, so the monthly report shows you what’s moving.
Stores I didn’t build start with a store review (US$375, credited to your first invoice if you go ahead within 30 days of the report), so I’m not sending buyers to a checkout that loses them.
Want me to run the store too? See Online Store Management.
All prices in USD, billed in your own currency (USD, AUD, NZD, CAD or GBP) at the equivalent rate. Your domain, hosting, ad spend and payment fees are paid directly to those providers: see the tools I recommend.
What to expect, and when
Search takes time to build. Here’s how it usually goes for a small store, so you know what to look for in each monthly report.
1. Month 1: research and fixes
I find what your buyers search for, audit your store and fix what’s holding it back. Don’t expect more visits yet.
2. Months 2 to 3: early signs
Google picks up the improved pages. Impressions and rankings start to rise in your report before visits do.
3. Months 3 to 6: visits and sales
Pages start ranking for the searches that matter, and search visits and sales follow. This is when most stores see search pay off.
4. Month 6 onwards: it builds
Each month’s improvements keep working, so results build on each other. Mentions in AI answers tend to follow once your pages rank and other sites mention you.
These are typical timelines, not promises: a brand-new store, a crowded market or a Google update can all slow things down. There’s no lock-in, so you stay because it’s working, and the monthly report shows what’s moving at every stage. Ads (Scale) bring buyers from the first weeks, which is why some stores add them while search builds.
The experience behind it
Millions
That’s how many search visits a month go to the global software brands whose SEO and AI search strategy I lead. I also manage their web development projects, and I’m happy to get hands-on when a fix can’t wait.
Your store gets the same methods, sized for a small business and its budget.
“The positive feedback has been fantastic, and we genuinely believe the improved user experience has contributed to our sales rate.”

Why WooCommerce is good for search
- You control every page, product title, description and link, so nothing about your store is off-limits for SEO.
- Free Google Shopping listings connect straight from your store.
- Your content and your customer list stay yours, on your own domain.
On Shopify?
I only market WooCommerce stores, but I can move yours over as part of a new store setup. A move done properly keeps the search rankings you’ve built, with every old product, collection and page link pointing to its new page.
The move is US$750 on top of the store setup. How moving from Shopify works.
Questions
Do I need a Management plan too?
No. Your store needs to be on WooCommerce, and if I didn’t build it, it starts with the store review. If someone else runs your store, I’ll work alongside them.
Can I get ads without SEO?
Ask on the call. Ads work better when the pages they send people to are ready, so I usually start with Growth.
How soon will I see results?
Search usually takes 3 to 6 months to pay off, with early signs like rising impressions in months 2 to 3. See what to expect. Ads are faster, but you pay for every click.
Who pays for the ads?
You do, directly to Meta and Google, with a minimum budget of US$1,000 a month. My fee is separate.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. No one can honestly guarantee rankings or mentions in AI answers, so the monthly report shows you what’s moving.
Who can see my accounts?
You add me to your store and your Google and Meta accounts with only the access the work needs, and you can remove me any time.
