Online Store Setup · from US$2,500
An online store that takes the payments your customers want, and handles the admin after.
I build WooCommerce stores for small sellers, add credit card, debit card and buy-now-pay-later checkout, and set up the order admin so it fits the way you actually sell.
For sellers in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Built for
Live sellers & resellers
Price-code checkout and post-drop admin for TikTok and Instagram Live.
Local shops going online
Your shop online, for regulars who now buy from their phones. Keep the shop front or move fully online.
Amazon, eBay & Etsy sellers
Your own store alongside the marketplace, with your listings moved across and no commission on repeat buyers.
What you get
Your own online store
- A WooCommerce store on your own domain, fast and simple to manage.
- Products and checkout set up around how you sell.
- Set up so you or your team can add new products yourselves.
More ways to pay
- Credit and debit card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe.
- Afterpay (Clearpay in the UK) and Klarna, plus Affirm for US and Canadian stores.
- Bank transfer can stay for orders you take outside the website.
Exact options depend on your country and on each provider approving your account.
Admin that runs itself (optional)
Workflows built with Claude, an AI assistant, around the repetitive work in your store, such as:
- Matching your shipping carrier’s invoice to the right orders.
- Marking orders complete and sending tracking numbers.
- Adding new products when you need them.
“She built everything from scratch, handled the design beautifully, and navigated all the complex backend and admin functionality with incredible expertise… We highly recommend her to anyone setting up an online store.”

Questions
What does the setup price cover, and what doesn’t it?
It covers the store build, payment setup and training on processing orders manually. The Claude workflows are a separate one-off add-on, or included if I run the admin for you monthly. Your domain, hosting, Claude subscription (if you run the workflows yourself) and payment processing fees are paid directly by you, so you own every account.
How do payments work?
The setup is paid in three parts: 40% when you book, 40% when your store is ready to launch, and the final 20% 14 days after launch, at the end of your support period. You’re invoiced in your own currency through Wise, at an exchange rate fixed when I send your quote, and each invoice is due within 7 days. Read the full terms.
What support do I get after launch?
For 14 days after launch, I fix anything I built that isn’t working as agreed, answer your questions, and make small changes to what I built (up to about 2 hours). New features, extra products or design changes are quoted separately. After that, choose a monthly plan or ask for help as you need it.
How long does it take?
Usually 2–4 weeks, depending mostly on how quickly Stripe and the payment providers approve your account.
Can you move my products from Amazon, eBay or Etsy?
Yes. Importing up to 200 listings from Amazon, eBay or Etsy, with titles, descriptions, prices and photos, is included in the setup. Bigger catalogues are quoted on the call.
Which shipping carriers do the workflows work with?
They’re built and proven with Australia Post. For NZ Post, USPS, UPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail or another carrier, send me a sample invoice before the call and I’ll confirm how the matching will work for you.
Can customers in other countries use Afterpay or Klarna?
Buy-now-pay-later options generally work for customers in the same country as your store. Credit and debit card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay work for international buyers.
What about sales tax, VAT or GST?
I set up WooCommerce’s tax settings using the rates and rules your accountant confirms. I don’t give tax advice, so check with them first.
Do I need to be good with tech?
No. You’ll manage orders and add products from a simple dashboard, and I’ll train you on everything.
Who can see my customers’ details?
Only people you give access to. If I run the admin for you, I use a limited shop-manager account and only access what the workflows need. Your store’s privacy policy is updated to cover the payment providers.
I’m not in one of these five countries. Can you help?
For now I only build stores where I’ve worked with Stripe and these payment providers first-hand. If you’re elsewhere, get in touch and I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right fit.
My business isn’t listed under “Built for.” Can you still help?
Possibly. Book a call, tell me how you sell, and I’ll tell you honestly whether this fits.
Ready for an online store that does more of the work?
Tell me how you sell, and I’ll tell you what fits.
